Our Founding Story: A Legacy of Entrepreneurship and Innovation
RTS was founded by Pedro Barboglio, who built on his family’s long tradition of entrepreneurship. In 2012, while expanding Comal Foods in Austin, Pedro saw a unique need for building teams in Mexico, valuing its proximity, cultural fit, and talented workforce. When no suitable firm existed, he hosted the client’s staff himself, focusing on partnership, quality, and people.
As demand grew, Pedro left Comal Foods in 2019 to launch RTS, dedicated to creating exceptional remote teams for US companies and treating clients as true partners. Today, RTS continues to empower US and Canadian companies by providing top talent, and an exceptional work environment that fosters a collaborative, people-first culture!
